KYC Policy

CSWYN operates a no-mandatory-KYC model for ordinary crypto play — you can register, deposit, play and withdraw within the stated limits without uploading documents. This policy explains the limited situations in which verification may be required.

1. When verification applies

We may ask you to verify your identity only when our risk and fraud monitoring (see the AML Policy) flags an account — for example on suspected multi-accounting, collusion, bonus abuse, shared or third-party wallets, unusual transaction flows, or where required by law.

2. Accepted documents

• A valid government-issued photo ID (passport, national ID or driver's licence).
• Where needed, a selfie holding your ID, and/or a recent proof of address (a utility bill or bank statement from the last 3 months).
• Documents are uploaded securely in your account's Verification tab and are seen only by our verification team.

3. Processing & outcome

Reviews are usually completed within a short time. Until a requested verification is completed, affected withdrawals or features may be paused. If verification cannot be completed or reveals that our Terms were breached (e.g. under-18 or multi-accounting), the account may be closed.

4. Age & data protection

You must be 18 or older. Verification documents are processed only for identity and compliance purposes, stored securely and retained in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
