How long do crypto deposits take?
Deposits are credited after 1 network confirmation. Most coins arrive within 1 to 10 minutes, Bitcoin can take longer when the network is busy.
Is there a withdrawal fee?
We only pass on the network fee shown in the withdrawal form. Obsidian VIP members withdraw without fees.
Do I need to verify my identity?
Basic play requires only an email. For larger withdrawals or card purchases we may ask for ID verification (KYC), as required by our license.
I sent coins on the wrong network. What now?
