CSWYN

AML Policy

How we prevent money laundering and abuse.

Last updated: October 2026

CSWYN is committed to preventing money laundering, terrorist financing and fraud. This policy summarises the measures we apply and complements our Terms and KYC Policy.

1. Risk-based approach

CSWYN is crypto-only with no mandatory onboarding checks for ordinary play. We instead apply a risk-based, ongoing monitoring model: the vast majority of players are never asked for documents, while higher-risk activity triggers additional checks.

2. Monitoring

  • We continuously monitor deposits, withdrawals, wagering patterns and account relationships.
  • Signals include shared IPs or device fingerprints, shared deposit-source or withdrawal wallets, multi-accounting, collusion, structuring, and wagering patterns that indicate low-risk or arbitrage abuse rather than genuine play.
  • On-chain funds are screened for association with known illicit sources.

3. Enhanced due diligence

Where activity is flagged, we may request identity verification (see the KYC Policy), request the source of funds, pause the account, limit functionality, or decline and return a deposit. We may refuse or delay a payout linked to suspected abuse until checks are complete.

4. Reporting & records

Where required by law we report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities and retain related records for the period required by applicable regulation. Cooperation with lawful requests does not require your consent.

5. Prohibited funds & conduct

You may only fund your account with cryptocurrency you own and control legitimately. Using third-party, stolen or illicit funds, or attempting to use CSWYN to launder value, is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of affected balances.
